Zeronox, an electrification solutions provider, has announced the signing of agreements with German dealer E-lix Elektromobile and France’s Chateaux Des Langues to distribute Tuatara electric utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) in Europe. The move comes ahead of closing a deal to list the firm on Nasdaq not via IPO but by a merger with a special purpose acquisition company (Spac), which has proven a controversial route to market for previous EV makers.
